Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These terms govern your use of BatchHarbor. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Service

The application is an open-source, frontend-only tool that lets you direct selected files from your browser to your Google Drive account. It is currently experimental software under active development. Features and availability may change.

Your responsibilities

No destructive source operations

The application does not delete source media or intentionally delete or overwrite existing Drive content. You remain responsible for reviewing and managing files in Google Drive.

Third-party services

Google Drive, Google Identity Services, GitHub Pages, and linked sites are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. The project does not control their availability or operation. Your use of Google APIs is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and applicable Google policies.

This independent project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.

Experimental availability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free transfers, browser background execution, retention of selected-file access, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project maintainers disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the application.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so those provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and changes

Access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued to address security, legal, operational, or policy concerns. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the application after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

Questions can be submitted through the project’s public issue tracker. Do not include access tokens, private filenames, or personal media in an issue.
